Semi detached cottage rebuilt in 2001. No room without sea view (except the bathroom).
Cottage with 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 + baby. 300 m or the quiet port of Merrien, between the ports of Doelan and Brigneau. Close to Le Pouldu choice of sandy beaches or to Kerfany and Trenez.
Reasonable central heating is included when needed as well as all linen.
There is a large garden with furniture outside barbecue.

Ground floor ( 3 steps access):
Lounge kitchen open plan sofa, armchairs, TV, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, washing machine.
One double bedroom. Shower room and toilet
First Floor:
One bedroom with twin beds and separate toilet
The house is let with the linen needed for your stay including bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Iron, ironing board are provided. High chair on request.
The linen is changed weekly on the base "clean for dirty" deposit of guaranty of Euro 300 is requested at the beginning of the stay and is returned on departure on checking the house.
Moelan sur Mer center is 4,5 Km away and all convenience store are there. Hyper market, supermarkets, local open air market each Tuesday morning.
