"Feet in the water" built on a property in the family since 1825
Family house 5 bedrooms, let from (2 bedrooms out season ground floor only) sleep up to 11 persons. Traditional Breton house in a superb position overlooking the quiet port of Merrien, between the ports of Doelan and Brigneau. Close to Le Pouldu choice of sandy beaches or to Kerfany and Trenez.
Out of the 5 bedrooms 4 have a seaview, has a large dinning sitting room with open fireplace. Reasonable central heating is included when needed as well as all linen. There is a large garden with furniture outside barbecue, swing.

Ground floor (one step only access):
Large lounge (50 square meters with fantastic view), sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace and piano.
Kitchen equipped with fridge, Freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
One twined bedroom, a double bedroom, full bathroom with separate shower, toilet.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms ,one triple (single beds and baby cot), all with view.
One full bathroom and separate toilet.
In the garage there is a washing machine.
The house is let with the linen needed for your stay including bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Iron, ironing board are provided. High chair on request.
The linen is changed weekly on the base "clean for dirty" deposit of guaranty of Euro 500 is requested at the beginning of the stay and is returned on departure on checking the house. For out season let inquire of the amount requested (depend on the number of rooms and the size of the party).
Merrien is one of the most unspoiled port of the south coast, due to a very strict protection policy ( It is built only on the side of the house the opposite side has been a reserve for many years and has no buildings)
Moelan sur Mer center is 4,5 Km away and all convenience store are there. Hyper market, supermarkets, local open air market each Tuesday morning.
