4 bedroom house build in 2001, walking access to the sandy cove of Portec and extensive walking path all around the coast. Situated between the lovely ports of Merrien and Doelan,close to Le Pouldu choice of sandy beaches or to Kerfany and Trenez.
Open plan kitchen dinning room lounge. reasonable central heating is included when needed as well as all linen.There is a large garden with furniture, barbecue.

Large lounge (45 square meters, sofa, armchairs, television and video
Kitchen equipped with fridge/ freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
One twined bedroom with en suite shower room,toilet.
First Floor:
Two double bedrooms one with baby cot, one king side bedroom ,all with sea view.
One full bathroom and separate toilet.
In the garage there is a washing machine.
The house is let with the linen needed for your stay including bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Iron, ironing board are provided. High chair on request if available. Deposit of guaranty of Euro 500 is requested at the beginning of the stay and is returned on departure on checking the house .For out season let, inquire of the amount requested (depend on the number of rooms and the size of the party).
St. Thamec is a historical village with walking access to the sandy cove of Portec. Large choice of coastal walking path and a peaceful environment.
Moelan sur Mer center is 4,5 Km away and all convenience store are there. Hyper market, supermarkets, local open air market each Tuesday morning.
